Reunion Agenda **Thursday, 11 March 2010 This is an optional day for those that want to golf on Friday morning or hang out in San Antonio a bit longer. Dinner - Optional Dinner Cruise. Sign up on your registration form if you would like to join.
**Friday, 12 March 2010 Morning/Afternoon - Sign up for golf on your registration form or wander the Riverwalk on your own. Reception - El Tropicano Hotel, cash bar and snacks, 1900-2300
**Saturday, 13 March 2010 Golf - Fort Sam Houston Course - 0700-1200. Sign up on your registration form. Cash Lunch - 1200 -1300 Caf TBD - Riverwalk Spouse Activity - 1300-1700 Afternoon Meeting for Unit Members - 1300-1700 at Hotel. Bring your memorabilia, slides and maps. Reception and Cash Bar - 1730-1900 at the Hotel. Dinner - 1900-2100 Mexican Buffet Program - 2000-2030 Nick Lappos - Emcee 1730 to 2330 - Cash Bar open. Sunday, 14 March 2010 We are planning a cash brunch and a memorial service. Goodbyes and checkout. Hotel Reservations A block of rooms has been set aside for the reunion. The rate is $99 per night plus 16.75% tax for the evenings of 11, 12 and 13 March. You can arrive up to two days early or leave two days later for the same rate if space is available. Self parking is $14 a day. If you cancel less than 72 hours before arrival you will be charged for one night. Call the El Tropicano Hotel at 866-293-1842 or 210-223-9461 to make reservations. Be sure to advise them you are with the "D Troop 1/1 Cavalry" group. Shuttle service is available from the airport. Check the El Tropicano Hotel website for more details.
